AGASKA

Lolium perenne

Perennial ryegrass

The grazing variety

Grazing

Agaska was specifically selected for grazing.

It has improved spring growth for an intermediate perennial ryegrass, hence providing enhanced early spring grazing when combined with other intermediate or late heading varieties in a seeds mix.

The early grazing, spring, early summer grazing, late summer and autumn grazing yields are also a clear improvement

Agaska's excellent resistance to crown rust ensures this grass will remain palatable in the late summer and autumn

Disease Resistance

Agaska has an excellent overall resistance package to all the major diseases of perennial ryegrass.

Its resistance to crown rust is superb with a score of 8.3

  • Top yield under grazing
  • Season long production
  • Excellent disease resistance
  • Good ground cover
  • High persistence
