Main crop use
Whether conducted with the aim of exploiting for several cuts (autumn cut followed by one or more spring cuts) or as stubble crop (sowing after other crop and mainly exploited in the autumn); Wesley does a good job, providing high yields.

Tetraploid
Wesley is tetraploid, synonymous of high dry matter yields and highest palatability and increased rust resistance.

Forage quality
Ryegrass tillers and leaves are of the highest quality within temperate grasses, and cut or grazed before beginning of heading ensures excellent feeding quality.
